As a certified functional strength trainer, I focus on your foundational biomechanics, unique structure, and lifestyle to create a program tailored to uniquely to you.

The OTG Method
Corrective Exercise
Before you do the fancy stuff, we need to master the fundamentals. We follow the policy that you must prove yourself capable of performing challenging exercises. Your Corrective Exercise Trainer will put you through a comprehensive assessment to pinpoint any weaknesses or overcompensations.
Based on the results, your trainer will design the first 6–8 weeks of your program specifically for your body.
Personal Training
OTG approaches personal training in a unique way compared to other Santa Barbara gyms. When developing your program and collaborating with you, we take careful consideration of:

Your Body: Genetics, unique skeletal structure, daily movement patterns, how your body was designed to move, and how your body mechanics want to naturally move you
Your Lifestyle: Hobbies, work, daily habits and routines, nutrition, schedule, etc.
Semi-Private Training
All of the advantages of personal training are still available to you in semi-private training, but the cost is reduced. You will be immersed in a community with like-minded people who share your goals and hold you accountable. Living a long, healthy life is amplified through partnership and camaraderie.
